Products must be returned within 30 days of the shipping date for possible refund or replacement. All returned non-defective products are subject to a minimum 35% restocking fee plus returned freight costs. Before returning any item, you must contact our returns department via email or our 800 number within 30 days of the shipping date for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RGA number.

All products are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty. Any defects or damage arising from shipping, installation, alterations, accidents, abuse, misuse, or lack of proper maintenance, in all cases caused by a plumbing contractor, service company, the owner or any other person will be refused for returns and warranties. In order to receive proper credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. When items are reurned, all items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging, and with all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit.
